Sushi Sake Restaurant Kiyota was founded in Ho Chi Minh City eleven years ago by Kotaro Kiyota.

Techniques cultivated in Japan guide every detail: selecting ingredients, preparing the fish, shaping each piece, and pairing the cuisine with sake. Kiyota’s character is built through care that is often unseen.
